Dryer maintenance

What we do:

-Dryer: full cabinet cleanout including removing the dryer drum to access all lint inside the cabinet, inspection of all belts and drum supports, and blower housing

-Vent pipe: cleanout of the first 6 feet of connected and accessible vent pipe; inspect for proper connection to dryer and adequate airflow from dryer to end of vent line and proper venting materials. If appropriate an estimate for vent cleaning or replacement of vent line will be provided. **Ground level access venting only**

We will recommend any repairs based on worn or weakened parts found during the cleaning. Estimates for such repairs are included with the appointment; repair will not take place without customer approval; same day repairs are possible but not guaranteed.

Units that require additional labor or special access such as stacked units are subject to additional labor charges.

Washer maintenance

What we do:

-Washer: check for water and oil leaks; inspect belts, hoses.

-Hoses: $19.95 plus tax each

Units that require additional labor or special access are subject to additional labor charges.

Refrigerator maintenance

What we do:

-Refrigerator: inspect temperatures, door seals, fan motors, water line connections, and clean the condenser.

Units that require additional labor or special access are subject to additional labor charges.
